I ordered the mega pack bundle from Argos on Friday morning, paid for Saturday delivery, got the confirmation email and sat back and waited. I rang them this morning and they confirmed it was out for delivery by 3pm today.

At 3.15 I rang them and was told it had only been booked into the depot 30 minutes earlier so would probably arrive Monday. Rang back and was given a tracking number and phone number for Home Delivery Network. Rang them and they said it arrived at the depot at 3am this morning and they can't track it at the moment and it will "probably" be delivered Monday or Tuesday. Rang Argos back and was told I would have to wait until Monday then ring them back to find out IF and when I'm going to get it.

What do you think the chances are of ever getting it? If it's "gone missing" then they're hardly likely to have a replacement are they?

To say I'm stressed is an understatement...

Do you remember the Thunderbirds Island shortage a few years ago - i remember being so overjoyed at just getting the Thunderbirds vehicles in December - was played with a bit and then was left in a box and the Island was pap anyway lol

Make sure you get your delivery charge back if you receive it!

Seeing the prices on ebay I'm seriously tempted to sell mine (its already xmas wrapped) & use the money to get the kids loads more stuff. I'm sure by the january sales another one will be easy to get.

of course you would say that

if it goes back under warranty then it will be for repair, not replace
