    I have never been interested in computer games as I have absolutely no patience :o however I had a go on a wii and was absolutely hooked. I just played the tennis and bowling games and managed to pull a muscle in my arm :rotfl:

    Whilst surfing on here this am loading up JL pages & the like a sainsburys store 6 miles away had 11....ELEVEN in the store.
    I called them regarding something non wii related & just happened to ask if they had any due in as someone on here got one from their local store.
    Chap said they had 11 but couldn't reserve as HO has told them not to offer this option to customers.

    Anyway he said they announced wiis on the tanoy, looked if they had any left.....NOPE but said..

    Ring your store & ask for stock control.
    Have them check on the internal PC what stock they have & that for stores local to you.
    They can check if game hardware is coming into the store on the next delivery.

    He was very helpful & nothing due our way 'til Monday when I'll call again regarding Tuesday delivery.

    Keep em peeled & here's hoping everyone has one under the tree this christmas.

    Toys r us in Liverpool got an unexpected lorry load yesterday but they wont be there now will they?

    The lorry dissapeared too!:confused:
  • Went to all the shops in Coventry city centre today and was no good but did not expect a miracle; This is what they said;

    Game - Unfortunately due to high stock demand and a shortage of supply, we cannot confirm if we are to receive any further stock but as the uks no1 game retailer, we should br sucuring more stock.

    Gamestation - No stock as yet, please try ringing up on a Wednesday, Thursday as this is when they are more likely to receive stock.

    Virgin - Might expect stock mid -December

    HMV - Same as Game but are persuading customers to buy other consoles.

    WoolWorths - Stop taking names down due to a massive demand and unable to confirm any more stock before Christmas.

    Been searching for four weeks and still no luck. I ordered yesterday with Argos and they apparently said my order was not received - very strange and seen the Amazon stock appear three times but it did not let me buy with one click.
