Bemax appear to be a legitimate company making cd-rom catalogues - i'm wondering if someone else is using heir name perhaps? The address is different, see below:

I would be very cautious as any company using a hotmail email sounds dodgy to me. Also there's no website! I'd stay away, if I was you.

If that registered number is supposedly their VAT number, then it is not valid on this site:

Just done a search on the postcode and apparently it is the address of a Mike Barry...a Newport Pagnell councillor!!
