• I went to Asda in Leicester earlier. Asked at the desk if they has any. "Not sure, the lorry has just arrived so we won't know for an hour or so".

I wandered back out and round to the loading bay. Asked the driver who was sat on a wall reading The Sun. He confirmed there were none on today but he has seen 'loads of pallets of em' at the distribution centre.

Only hearsay, but i see no reason why he would make it up.
• I just ordered mine from game station too though im trying to call them to confirm my order as I did not receive the confirmation email ..

To be honest yes it is kind of expensive but if you look at the package its not expensive..

I mean if you want a console you will buy games now or later and if you do the math the games turn on cheaper ..

I am very happy with the deal though i hope it works and we get our order

fingers crossed
• I was just wondering if the order status is processing does that mean its working lol ?
• according to the customer services guy at gamestation yes it does, he said if the order says processing then its highly likely to be successful. He wouldnt commit himself 100% but i suppose he was covering his back. He rested my mind thats for sure.

I'll bring the wire cutters and gloves , meet you at the distribution centre lol.

Kidding.

Well least there is more stock out there on it's way.

Those not wanting to pay more than £180, just keep an eye out, i've managed to get 5 wii's for rrp from help in this thread and by keep refreshing the websites.

• Hi all,

I don't post much (if at all) but I'm a constant lurker but thought now was a good time to ask for a bit of advice! Been looking for a couple of Wii's for relatives for xmas (I know...who hasn't!?). Anyway I saw an advert on Gumtree for a Wii for £150 - followed it up with a few emails, and it was a company saying they would sell me as many as I wanted @£150 each. I asked how they could sell so cheap and they said it was "Factory Price", anyway they then gave me the following details:

BEMAX (UK) LIMITED
Registered No. 02475654
78 WESTBURY LANE, NEWPORT PAGNELL, BUCKINGHAMSHIRE, MK16
8PN
bemaxukshopping@hotmail.com
Tel:07045700042,07934901491

I assume this was to ease my concerns. It half did, but seeing a hotmail address isn't a good sign is it? Oh and they also only accept Moneygram as payment...I should really just walk away from this right?

Thanks

Abhorsen
• Which are the more likely sites for a console only, i'm trying Amazon, Wilko, JL. Are there any others you would like to recommend? Or is that giving away your secrets?
• yes i would be very cautious

as they say if it sounds too good to be true then it probably is!!

ive already been scammed once the other week by a bogus company selling wii's for £125

i could kick my self i really could

so yes check the company out thoroughly
and i noticed the tel. no. given is a mobile number another reason to be wary.

good luck !

dirty vegas I am doing the same as you!

who are you looking for the wii for - children?

We have decided to keep our eyes peeled as much as possible, but won't pay over the odds, so as its not for children - just my big child (husband to be) he may ahve to wait until spring!

I just googled them. They are CD Cataloging company (not Wii retailers!) and their company email address is ....@bemax.co.uk

To good to be even remotely true i suggest.
