I just went onto live ebay chat to report the ebay scammer at BIN for £183... it was a damn hard job to get them to take ownership of the problem

They wanted me to email the Trust and Safety team:rotfl: , so I told them people had done that already and no action was taken, I wanted them to ownership of a possible £40,000 scam and investigate it.

they said they would.... but I'm not holding my breath.....

ah well. maybe an email to nicky campbell by the whole of the mse forum! that might get ebay to take some responsibility.

maybe it would be worth sabotaging (sp) his auctions by buying them all, every time he lists em. it would cost him a fortune in fees! lol lol lol lol lol
thing is, ebay aint gonna be too bothered because they are getting a good slice of his (approx) £40k aren't they.

galaxy is brilliant - best game on the wii by a mile.....worth buying a wii for....

i have a 360 as well and just bought COD4, Halo 3, fifa08 and Bioshock - all superb games, esp bioshock, but i am playing galaxy at the mo

resident evil and paper mario are both very good....super mario football is ok, would be better without the smash football bit which ruins it...wii play/sports are crap as are most games like this just good for parties

i have bought my DH nba and sims castaway for xmas. he also wants madden 08 and the sega tennis one too.
i was put off galaxy to be honest cos we bought party8 and thought it was pants, and not impressed wi the football one either from mario

my fave games are the carnival games and i just can't resist wii play. i love the one where you spot the odd one out and the sames etc etc. ilove wii. it's maybe NOT for serious gamers, but for fun rating, in my (amateur) opinion, its 2nd to none.

Just tried that but they have Immediate Payment Required. Anyone know a way around this??

Yeah I doubt Ebay will do anything... they are useless at anything other than collecting their fees.

Watchdog.... hmmm wotth a try?... might expose the fact (to the viewing masses) that there are so few Wii's here yet there seem to be plenty in other parts of Europe... and that some retailers maybe drip feeding units onto the public.

There's not really a way as people aren't looking into it and buying straight away without reasling the risk
