Ive being hangin around the website since 8 this mornin. No luck. Had this website wii stock checker turned in the background and no stock either.
Was going to make myself breakfast and went on amazon website and thought i give it a shot. F5 refresh page and BAM. got one. just for few minutes they had stock. Keep checking their website. I was desperate calling john lewis, woolies and hmv and other stores. But now got one and would recommend to enyone checking amazon now and then. 179.98 with free delivery. Its long wait but was worth it. make my nephew xmas perfectly.Good luck to anyone still hunting for a wii. In woolies they told me they gonna be available before xmas. but people say that nintendo is holding the stock because theve made the numbers this year and keeping stock for next year. If thats true dont know but definitely somethin goin on there. Anyway good luck.0 -

Just trying to help - I could not find any online at any of the "usual" retailers - and edinburgh multiple (comet/currys/game/virgin/gamestation) did not have any stock after phoning around.
Maybe its a scotland/edinburgh shortage - but the sarcasm isnt really appreciated0 -

I think the shortage is everywhere at the moment....how long it will last I have no idea.
Morrisons seem to be the only place with stock.0 -
Thought they were sold out everywhere but jut bought mine from Morrisons, Reading £179 and seemed at least 3 more on the shelf so if you're quick...:j0

alternatively... and i know some people will say im spamming etc etc etc blah blah blah...
but i looked in our town for one and couldnt find one.
with that in mind, and with my mobile phone contract almost up.. if you look at some mobile phone websites you can actually get a decent tariff and a free wii which will be delivered within 28 days.
I just got on the t-mobile flext something tariff (£180 calltime a month for £30) and i got a free wii. i needed a contract anyway, so was well worth it for me and the little one is now happy (or will be)..
phone was free, delivery was free. just seemed like common sense
and no, im not a spammer.. it just may be an idea for someone, please note i purposely haven't given the name of a website, but i'm sure anyone with half a brain can find one! if anyone would like the name of the website i got mine from and i wont get a load of abuse then i'll post it though!!!Hating Hastings Direct!0 -
Super_dad, same here! i did mine with phones4u!

not to be too cynical, but the words "free" and "mobile tariffs" don't really combine. Tariffs are generally overpriced and longer contract terms. Some don't even allow you to claim your "free" award until you've passed 3 or 6 months of the term. Just be awareHow much more do I need to spend make myself a "Money Savings Expert"

We picked up a Wii at Morrison's in Boroughbridge near York this evening, they've got loads in stock! We'd given up after searching all day and then saw in this forum that lots of Morrisons seems to have them. Rang round a few who had sold out first and then success!
Very Happy!
