HMV in Oxford Street, London are getting a delivery of about 20 Wiis at 5pm this afternoon (29 March). Unfortunately, travelling to London in under an hour isn't viable for me! Hope this helps someone!

I thought i'd add this.

I too got one today though https://www.gameplay.co.uk and thought I'd call them (as I got one though Game yesterday and when I called them they said they didn't actually have any they were actually only pre-orders no guarantee, even though the site said instock dispatch immediate) and Gameplay have said the same and that they already have a huge order list and can't promise anything anytime soon. They said the fact that the site said they did have some was a 'glitch'. Seems these companys just want to add us the their never ending waiting lists.

I'm now a little miffed to say the least, especially since we pre-ordered from Woolies for launch date but they failed to fulfill their orders. Cash buyers got theirs first as the have 'already paid' even though some of the card pyers ordered first. :mad:

Apparently their is a huge shipment of wii consoles hitting UK stores this weekend. Play.com seem to have re-opened their pre-ordering system again now which is a good sign. May be worth putting in a pre-order as a precaution in case you can't obtain one from a store.

Thanks for the tip where did you hear about the huge shipment? there was supposed to be a big shipment to coincide with the PS3 launch which never happened.
