Great Spot, I hate bundles though.

    Nintendo Wii Console - £179.99
Wario Ware: Smooth Moves - £29.99 @PowerPlayDirect.com (and a discount code for 10% off aswell around).
    Rayman Raving Rabbids - £24.99 @ ShopTo.net or ChoicesUK.com
Super Monkey Ball: Banana Blitz - £29.99 @ShopTo.net
    Legend Of Zelda - £29.99 @ShopTo.net

    Total seperately = £294.95
Total in bundle from game = £334.95
Difference: £40.00 (thats another game you could have got!)

    Great spot
  • They are a rip-off, I had a go on one for the first time on Sunday and decided I've got to get me one of them ! I've been checking stock on:
http://www.wiigamereviews.co.uk/ it updates every 60 seconds with stock updates. In the end I took their advice and went to amazon.de (Germany) and got one for £207 inc 2 remotes & 2 nunchucks (del expected next week). Looking forward to playing tennis again.

    * Edit* After just reading on another thread and reading in Games' T&C's you can return the games for full credit meaning you get the Wii for £180, so I've cancelled my Amazon order and gone with Game. I'll then return the games.

Just to alert you to a problem that we have had recently with Woolworths: we managed to order a Wii off the website on the 26th Jan - normally despatched within 24 hours. It was finally despatched a week later, when they charged our credit card. We asked for it to be delivered to our local store so that it didn't get lost in the post. It got lost en route to the shop instead, and they finally admitted to that nearly 2 weeks after we had first ordered the Wii.

At this point, Woolworths refused to substitute the lost Wii and then refused to refund us the money, as they were investigating the issue. They knew that the Wii was lost (when still in their supply chain) and they knew that the investigation could take 14 working days to complete - at one point they seemed to lose the plot totally and told us that they had fulfilled the contract!

We finally managed to get a Wii by walking into our local Game shop (10am in the morning seems to be the recommended time) and we got a Wii.

Back with Woolworths, after more complaining, and the threat of legal proceedings Woolworths have now agreed to refund our money - it has yet to show back on our credit card.

We thought that Woolworths were big enough that we wouldn't have these kinds of problems. So take care if you find a Wii on their website....
  • Took the advice of going to amazon.de for mine - ordered Thursday pm, got it via DHL on Wednesday am. And only £200 for the basic package plus an extra controller (postage was free) - saving £10. Just needed to use the altavista babelfish translator for a few words when oredering, but if you use amazon.co.uk, you'll know what it's asking you for at the various stages anyway...

I've used this company, they do deliver... think they're base in Guernsey. Price is Ok, about £20 over budget but still cheaper than seom of the GAme.com bundles - get it while you can.
