pollyskettle I think I'm going to give this a try as I had it at a restraurant with baked camembert and it was lovely.
Do you think red onions would be best or doesn't it matter?0 -
I made this at the weekend with Red Onions and have labelled it Sweet Onion Marmalade as that best describes it.
Will try again with half the sugar as I have loads of red onions left and OH doesn't really like sweet things so hoping it will have more zing that way.0
