Vitamins for Trying to Conceive?

Hi! Spoke to my GP recently about the possibility of trying to conceive, and the only thing she advised other than staying generally fit and healthy was to invest in vitamin supplements especially created for pregnant and ttc ladies...does anyone have any advice regarding these, especially in terms of where they can be…

We had trouble concieving, I started having acupuncture and she advised me to take zinc as well as the pregnacare tablets, she also told me to stop using deodrant with aluminium? in and stop using foil on food. 2 children later I think it worked (naturally). We also had 3 attempts at artificial insemination and none of them worked. so I am a big believer in acupuncture.
