Thank you for your email. We use a mailing company that usually delivers vouchers within 28 days. There are currently delays to this usual time frame as the Mailing Company had to reorder more stock. You should receive your voucher within the next two weeks. We are very sorry for the delay.
Phew! I thought it had gone missing in the post.
This is quite often the case, I think they need to amend the expected delivery timetable. Same email last three times I ordered but magically they tend to turn up soon after receiving the email.0 -

And the Android app, just a shame I have only seen one survey via the app ever.0 -
I've looked on the rewards statement part and still they aren't there.

Dear Valued Opinions Member
Thank you for your email. Surveys normally take up to 28 days to close and then are queued for processing by our I.T. department. However, sometimes a survey is open for longer than 28 days in order to get enough responses. This may cause a delay to the usual timeframe but we will try to process them as soon as we can.
If you cannot see a survey pending at all please do not worry. There can sometimes be a problem with a survey not showing as pending at all, particularly third party surveys, SMS diary surveys, product tests or online forums. In these instances the credit will go directly into the balance (without ever showing in pending) when the survey is processed in around 28 days.

On some occasions the server does not link back to our homepage at the end of a survey, but if you completed the survey successfully you will be rewarded with everyone else when the credits go through in the usual 28 days even if there was a problem at the end and it is not shown as pending"
So hopefully they will get there eventually

do you have the pending credits section at the very bottom of your rewards statement with nothing in it or no section at all. Their reply is another standard email that basically doesn't answer your question of where they are shown on the site and seeks to baffle you with three paragraphs explaining why they don't credit your account in the time they say they will.0 -
I'm having real difficulties with Valued Opinions, as I must have done about 12 surveys, and yet they've only tracked 4. I've sent them an email and I haven't received a reply. I also find that some of their surveys can be very long winded and yet only pay 50p, which just isn't worth it.
I prefer using something like Consumer Pulse, although it is invite only.0 -

I would have to say that consumer pulse us a very different thing to valued opinions, VO is a survey referrer and consumer pulse is collecting data for themselves. Valued opinions would be better compared with opinion world really.0 -

i think this is a scam and a waste of time i have never got to complete a survey despite being asked lots of questions the final straw came when i replied to an email two minutes after it was sent only to be told many questions later they have enough people do your self a favour go and have a cup of tea instead0

I've been doing their surveys for some time and have made about £100 in the past couple of years, all taken in Argos or Tesco Vouchers. Recently I've found the site crashing sometimes so I couldn't complete the survey and unfortunately you can't go back later as you can with some. It is also far harder now to check up on pending credits, as even when you find them hidden away they still don't tell you what they were worth.0
