Valued Opinions pending payments??

Hiya,

Can anyone tell me where i can view my pending payments for surveys taken, i can see my balance but i cant see the pending credits.

I've done two surveys recently and normally you can see pending payments but there's nothing there. Have emailed them to try and find out.

ive noticed this too and was wondering what had happened to the pending credits screen,please let us know what valued opinions say.

ahhhhh - i thought i was going mad lol. i even searched the frequently asked questions and still couldnt find it, hopefully they will respond soon . cheers xx

The new way to see this is to click the tab called "rewards statement" (from the menu just above the money progress bar) and go right to the bottom of that page where your pending credits are listed.

They probably hid it there so that when credits disappear without getting added to your account less people notice.

And if anyone's waiting for a postal voucher (I ordered one on 4th June and it's not here yet), I got an email this morning saying:

Thank you for your email. We use a mailing company that usually delivers vouchers within 28 days. There are currently delays to this usual time frame as the Mailing Company had to reorder more stock. You should receive your voucher within the next two weeks. We are very sorry for the delay.

Phew! I thought it had gone missing in the post.

You can also see the pending awards when if you have the Ipod App, just click on rewards.

I've looked on the rewards statement part and still they aren't there.

Heard back from Valued Opinions who said

Thank you for your email. Surveys normally take up to 28 days to close and then are queued for processing by our I.T. department. However, sometimes a survey is open for longer than 28 days in order to get enough responses. This may cause a delay to the usual timeframe but we will try to process them as soon as we can.

There can sometimes be a problem with a survey not showing as pending at all, particularly third party surveys, SMS diary surveys, product tests or online forums. In these instances the credit will go directly into the balance (without ever showing in pending) when the survey is processed in around 28 days.[/FONT]

On some occasions the server does not link back to our homepage at the end of a survey, but if you completed the survey successfully you will be rewarded with everyone else when the credits go through in the usual 28 days even if there was a problem at the end and it is not shown as pending"
