Welcome Oregon, you are most welcome on here.
It is amazing how much help and support you are given on this forum, and knowing we are all in the same boat and plodding away at our debts, it is very motivating and helps give you strength and motivation to keep going.
Well done to you for taking the first, often the hardest, steps in overcoming your money worries.

Thank you
Well I think I'm going to get on ok here then. I'm loving the badge to the left warning that I'm new and might not get all of this yet
Well I'll be about properly from next week when I get my broadband installed at home. I'm on my phone at the mo just giving this a trial and it isn't too user friendly!!
One quick q though, with your no spend days, do you set out to have them in advance or just take each day as they come and see what happens??*No debts*

Ah cool, thank you, I'll have a little peek.
Also, what's with all the details at the end of some people's posts - are they all yOur facts and figures etc?
(sorry if it's a dumb question)*No debts*

It's your signature - some people keep a record of debts going down (or up
), how many NSD's they're had this month or whatever. It's really up to you what, if anything, you want to post there.
Look under "User tools" at the top of the page if you want to do a sighature for yourself

Hi oregon,
welcome to MSE forums, you're in the right place coming here. I'd say 99.9% of folk on here are fab but as someone said above you do get the odd troll but ignore them. The folk on here are top top peeps and will help with all sorts if they can. And then some who cannot help with that certain situation post words of encouragement etc which do help loads as well, as I'm sure you've found out by now.
when I get on the computer this is one of the first sites I visit. i like to have a look around to see what everyone's up to, take on board their advice and see what idea's they can give. i'm not good at giving out advice but i do try to help if I can, but do have a look around all of the forums when you get your broadband hooked up as you'll find loads of good stuff on there. this site has helped me so much with many aspects of my life.
So good luck, and will see you around the forums.0
