Won an iPad, not received. No evidence of winning it!

Posted a month ago that I won an iPad in a radio competition but was too excited and didn't take in the name. Was told I would receive written confirmation of my win before the iPad was delivered.

A month later and I've heard nothing, have no email even as evidence that I won just a phone call from an anonymous number one month ago.

I've phoned/emailed all radio stations that ran an iPad competition around that period and so far, no luck. A lady from Capital FM/Heart is phoning back tomorrow as she's gonna have a dig around but not holding out any hope.

Has anyone else got any ideas? I've tried Googling my name, emailing/phoning radio companies etc.

Don't mind waiting for the iPad, just wish I had received this letter to settle my impatience!

Could kick myself I didn't take down the company name and person I was speaking to. May have to put this down to stupidity and maybe it might just turn up.

They are the only radio station ones i can see you entering. If you remember the name of the woman i would call them both and ask for her by name. if not then ask for the pr dept.

If its capital fm they normally tell you that you cannot enter to win a big prize again for the next 6 months or something.

I have my fingers crossed for you.

A couple of years ago i had a radio station ring up and say i had won an ipod, it never came, i rang, emailed and got in touch with the comp complaints people but never heard anything from anyone. I put it down as i had never received it, so i hadnt lost in the end, didnt know what else i could do as i didnt have enough details:(

I do think this will be the case for me. Who did you ring/email? Did you catch the company name?

I can't deny I've thought about it but didn't recognise the voice and little people know I comp.

You are a star! Absolute Radio have confirmed I didn't win that competition. Its the one I've suspected for a while. The second, I'm hoping to hear back from Capital FM tomorrow for some feedback.
