Hi stevenm37
I am concerned to hear that your direct debits have increased so much.
If you switched to npower and are paying by monthly direct debit, you normally receive bills every six months. If you pay by quarterly direct debit or on receipt of your bill, you will get your statement every three months.
As you switched to us in November last year your first bill will have been after the coldest winter on record and will have also included a price increase.
If you send your account and address details to forumresponse@npower.com, I can take a look into your account for you if you like?
Thanks
Sally

How long should I expect to wait to hear anything back from you? I have entered these readings onto my account on-line and would like to have my bill reassessed on these figures.0
