Good dressmakers in Cardiff?
Hi, I've been looking for a halter top with a balconette neck line (I know that's normally a bra/bikini description but I can't think of another wway to describe it) but cannot find one anywhere, so I'm thinking about seeing how much it'll cost to get one made, but I don't know where to start looking for good seamstress/tailor/dressmaker type people.
Any suggestions (or places where I could get a 'ready made' top). Thanks
