Painters - what kinda cost?

What sort of figure would I be looking at to get 2 rooms (4.5m x 3.6m each) and the hall/stairs emulsioned?

All have new oak finishings, they have already been oiled so none of the skirtings/architraves etc need doing..

Ceiling/coving & walls. All filling and sanding has been done but a couple of the walls are not in great nick and I don't have time now to do anything about that.

Ball park figures would be great?

I've got too much to do and not enough time so think I need to farm some of the jobs out but not sure if I can afford to, so a rough idea would be helpful.

TIA.

probably be able to do 2 rooms in 2 days , so with paint around £300 - give or take , how big is the hall and stairs , if you live in a mansion then it could take weeks , if you live in a normal house then maybe a couple of days +paint

Cost will depend on where you live as much as anytyhing. Painters day rates will be anything from £90 to £150 a day. Take an average of say £120 / day so nickj is about right. Maybe need to allow another day to get the dodgy walls up to spec.
