Help with Freeview problem

Hi
I have a freeview box that over the last few weeks my picture goes and all i get is the blue screen from my tv. after i twist it or move it, the picture returns but has started doing it more frequently.
A friend mentioned that I might need a new scart lead. Is this true??
A naive question i know, but I am not a techie!

Sounds like the SCART lead keeps slipping out of its socket. How about a bit of sellotape?Of course, I may just be talking b****cks!0
