Not happy!!
I ordered over £20 of goods from Halfpriceperfumes in early July..I made sure i spent just over £20, to make sure the advertised 'free delivery on orders over £20' was applied..
It wasn't and i was charged £3.99 delivery.
I emailed to complain.
Have today, finally had a response from their customer services:
Thank you for getting in touch.
I would like to inform you that there were no free shipping on order above £20 on our website.
We had a technical problem on the website, which has been removed since. Many of our customers though the same and complained after.
You needed to pay for your delivery.
We do apologize for the technical problem and any inconvenience.

Outrageous that they do not stick to what the free delivery advertised and have conned me, when I ordered in good faith.
