Leaflets - how much

Any ideas how much it would cost to deliver leaflets in a small town? We're thinking of setting up a small business to deliver leaflets to homes for local businesses to raise funds. Just a ball park figure (just for labour) would be good! It's in the suburbs, no flats all mainly detatched or semi's fairly close together. By getting them in the form of a newsletter we hope to cut down on complications and sorting etc.

You will need to look at what other people charge to do the same thing - Royal Mail, some of the national distribution companies and free locally delivered newspaper (if there is one in the area). This will give you a ball park figure that you should be aiming for.

Will depend on the size of the leaflets but our local paper (york) charges £249 for printing non colour A4 and delivering to 10,000 homes.

Blimey, a lot cheaper than I think I could manage!
