Best joint bank account deals?

Options
Me and my fiance are buying our first house together so think a joint account would be best, Im currently with halifax and him santander, does anyone recommend either these or another one, are there any with cashback etc for switching?

My account has a £3000 overdraft and I get charged £1 a day if I go into it up to £2500 (not that i do though) and £2 a day over £2500 Id like something similar to this

Thanks!!

A joint bank account has the disadvantage of creating a financial association - if one of you has a poor credit rating, it drags the other one down.

While the £5 a month "Reward" on the Halifax account is great, why on earth would anybody want an overdraft charging structure like that?

My advice? Get a joint savings account. Keep the current accounts apart.
