in Food shopping & groceries
I picked up 6 packs of bacon today which were reduced and they all said buy one get one free so I took them over to the till but was refused.

    Thanks Custardy, they should have taken the sticker off then as in Tesco they will still give you the deal but they should have put the reduced sticker over the label.

    In the co op you would have got them reduced and still got the buy one get one free ... It must be different in each shop

    In Morrisons they have notices saying reduced items are exempt from any other offer

    I have never know our local Tesco to give the deals if the products are reduced.

    our tescoes on the reduce counter says that reduced products are exempt from multibuy offers

    i have bough reduced items with multibuy offers in tesco but it only seems to work on bogof. i didnt think it worked, but a member of staff saw my shopping and wen and fetched me another pack of strawberries for free :)

    tesco is a funny one , because there £5 meal deal works if one item or more is reduced
