Letters getting sent to wrong address or not arrive (PO fault) what are rights

The amount of times I have had letters not arrive or returned to sender(so I doubt they have been stolen by neighbours as why go to the bother of returning to sender)

I have been living here around a year but this has been happening since I moved in and the block does often get letters for a similar named street down the road.

I have been thinking of complaining for a while but its only now that I was sent a few birthday cards and none arrived that I want to take things further.

Who do I contact? My local sorting office?

i did after various postman kept delivering my post to another road nearby with a totally different name, but same house number.to begin with i received an apology and a book of stamps along with a ref number. it still didnt change things so i had to keep complaining, they then said they 'escalate' the complaint. eventually someone got the message, but took a long time
