Far from advertised flowers

I bought the - sick - better half some flowers from serenataflowers.com, which, were delivered promptly . However, as the title suggests something has arrived but it certainly looks nothing like what the website was advertising :mad:. I've wrote an email with accompanying pictures to them and will update with their response when it arrives.

apparently i'm unable to post images, newbie post. Quite frustrating but understandable.

Well they have responded really quickly - well within ten minutes. Offering a full refund and an apology, a very satisfactory resolution to this matter. Shame it arose in the first place, but they've done all they can on this occasion.
