Expiration of US airline ticket and other taxes

Does anyone know how this will affect travellers to/from the US? We travel with US Airways in just over a week, so does this mean we'll be entitled to a refund? I'm not holding my breath, but it would be a nice bonus x

It won't affect you at all. The taxes not being collected were federal taxes for tickets sold in the US, not for tickets sold outside when you don't pay the tax in the first place. In any event, an agreement having been reached yesterday means the taxes are back on all sales
