Ordered a Lafayette DVD player from their website (https://www.atlantic2u.com) and it was delivered quickly by City Link. It did not function properly as the picture was fuzzy even after checking all connections. Phoned them up and as I was local they said they would come round and exchange it. Unfortunately the driver did not know it was an exchange so collected the faulty one, providing me with a receipt and said to call the main office. Did so and after a bit of chasing them up (it was just before Christmas so I imagine they were very busy) they called me back and delivered a brand new replacement to me on Saturday 23rd December 2006.

Those that I spoke to were all very polite and friendly.

A very pleasurable shopping experience.

It is a shame that other companies do not match their superior customer services.
