Goods paid for but not received

Hope someone can help

18th July we ordered goods online, paid through pay pal (not on ebay ) but with credit card. After several phone calls to answer machine and
e mails still not received the goods.

Only one occasion been able to speak to someone who says he has been in hospital and is behind with orders.

Now rang again today asking for refund and given them seven days to respond.
Can anyone tell me what I should do next if I don't get any reply

I am beginning to think this company could have gone bust?

Go to the PayPal help centre to see if they can open a dispute and refund your money.
