My Father passed away a few months ago but was in the process of claiming back his bank charges.
My Mum is now in financial hardship as their was no money left when my Father died.
Can she carry on this claim or did the account die with him.

Youe late fathers estate can carry on the claim but if his estate had no money did it have debts? The creditors of his estate will be paid out of any compensation that is due to him so it may not even be worth worrying about it too much if your mother won't get anything.:footie:
Regular savers earn 6% interest (HSBC, First Direct, M&S)
Loans cost 2.9% per year (Nationwide) = FREE money.
