Balance Transfers

Looking to do a 0% balance transfer on an MBNA or Barclaycard, the terms and conditions state that once the 0% period ends you will be charged an annual percentage rate of say 18% on the transferred balance, does this mean after the given 0% period you will still be charged an annual fee of 18% on the total you balance transferred?

    No.

You will be charged only on the balance that remains after the 0% expires.
