Anyone know of a good foreign exchange company?

I need to transfer £32,000 to France in Euros at the best exchange rate available (which I know the banks don't offer). I used Moneycorp last year and I wasn't very happy with their customer service. Has anyone had a good experience with another company?

I use Currencies Direct when I need to transfer money to my suppliers overseas. I've never had any problems with them and their rates of exchange are always competitive. I know someone who uses Moneycorp all the time, so your bad experience does surprise me somewhat. What went wrong just out of curiosity?

it takes ages to get through to a dealer over the phone and when I signed up to use their Global Payments System online, it kept on crashing. With such a large amount of money needed to be transferred, I decided not to deal with these guys again. Does Currencies Direct have an online system where I can automate money transfers abroad without having to speak to a dealer?

yeah they do, it's called iPayFX and I use it all the time for regular payments abroad. I only use the dealers when I want to make a spot transfer or just get some advice on the market.

Thanks, but I've already set up an account with Currencies Direct and I am very happy with their service and the rate they gave me.
