British Rail Pass for UK Citizen ?

Is it possible to get a nationwide (England & Scotland) rail card for a week, 2 week or monthly period for UK citizen ?
I've been searching all morning but all I can seem to find is BritRail which only has passes for non UK citizens.
Does this kind of thing exist or anything similar?
