Miele customer service - rubbish

I have had miele washing machines for 18 years now and have never had a problem with them - a few months ago however I had to change my machine and so bought another Miele from John Lewis. all was going well until there was a flood around the machine and a warning has come up telling me I cannot use the machine and to turn the stopcock off.
This happened Friday night. Monday first thing I called Miele to report the fault and to get it repaired under guarantee. They tell me it will be passed on to their engineers who will get back to me as soon as possible.
Tuesday I called Miele a second time to say I have not heard - they tell me it has gone to 'stellisons' a service company and I will hear by the end of the day.
Today I call Miele for a 3rd time and they say I should have heard by now - but here is the number of stellisons - I call Stellisons and they say they do not have the information they need and to contact Miele again.
4th call to Miele - yes there is a problem - their planning department will get back to me before mid-day today.
5th call to Miele - sorry no-one has got back to me - they are very busy (and I'm not?) I can have a call out next Tuesday!
I am so disappointed with Miele as I have never had a problem with them in the past and have recommended them to others many times.
Their customer service really is rubbish!:mad:
