as above.. they do not check anything or see when you leave. just keep your keys on you until you leave.
The pool especially is a lot quieter on changeover days and tends to be busier the following day as everyone tends to go on their first full day.
your little one will love it all.0 -
Hi its a few years since we went so maybe things have changed . The nursery you did have to pay for but worth the money for some peace, lol, they had a playroom for the little ones attached to the nursery building which is free. Watch out for the products being pushed at the kids in the clubs. It cost us a fortune with all the light toys ect that the red coats encouraged the children to ask for. Take a fancy dress costume for your son as they have competitions.0

As above re: taking your own shopping and drinks/snacks etc as food onsite adds up quickly.
We have our swimming bags packed seperatley so that we can go as soon as we arrive, likewise on departure day, we pack the car and checkout of the appartment by ten, but keep our swim things out. A swim, then playground/fairground and Picnic lunch before we go home gets the most out of the time we are there.
We get the bus into Skegness (my children live in the sticks where there is only one bus a day so this is a huge novelty for them:)) We hit the beach, the Fish and Chips (get off the seafront as they are not as goods as the ones the locals use in town), Mr Whippy and the bus back to Butlins - a doddle:rotfl:.
The appartments are two storey - I always request the top floor as then we are not bothered by the noise above us. The walls/floors are very thin and everything can be heard...
Have a great time
