Hi All,
I have been offered the job of my dreams and it requires me to move to Middlesex. I have been looking for somewhere to rent and finding it a right pain with estate agents not getting back to me. Is there anyway to find out who owns the property so I can contact them direct?
Also is it possible to haggal with estate agents on the price ?
Thanks

I have friends who have negotiated a rent reduction in return for signing a 12 month, rather than 6 month lease. Will depend on the landlord & letting agent though- and how popular the property is likely to be0 -

The reason many LLs use an agent for tenant-find is precisely because they don't want to field all the enquiries.
If a prospective T looked up my contact details, I would simply tell him to go back to the agent. If he had already viewed the property with the agent, I'd have to pay the agent commission anyway, so there would be no benefit to me in dealing with the prospective tenant direct. Also is it possible to haggal with estate agents on the price ?0
