    I need to start saving so I plan to save £2 a week to start with:beer:
  • Was in home bargains today and they had loads of lindt easter things, not the actual big chocolate eggs, but the 200g choc bunnies in dark choc and white choc for £2.19 each, the 100g bags of mini choc eggs for 99p each, the boxes of various lindt easter things which were £1.99 each for 200g and loads of other little bits between 50p and £2. Some good deals if you have lindt lovers at home! Hth :D

    ours had mini lindt teddie bears for 10p, they're only 10g but that is the same size as the ones in fancy packaging which cost £1.50 for a pack of 5. they look so cute

    Seemed to be quite a few good deals on garden toys for kids too but I'm having trouble remembering what they were, sorry, but worth a look if you're after that sort of thing and going past/in anyway.

    Vegemite as mentioned by Manchee also appears to be national.

    Wychwood Hobgoblin 500ml bottles are currently £1.29 (£1.75 in most supermarkets) and Wychwood Goliath 500ml bottles currently £1.09 (normally about £1.50).

    Wychwood Hobgoblin 4x440ml cans are currently 2 for £8 at Sainsbury's and £4 at Tesco, slightly cheaper if you don't mind cans.

    Targus Lap Comfort Mats for use with your laptop/netbook are also selling for £2.49. This has a plastic frame and a neoprene cover. These are currently £14.56 at eBuyer.

    Tango Apple 600ml 19p. This size is about £1.08 in the supermarkets though Tesco are currently selling them 2 for 1 until Tuesday.

    Dettol No Touch Hand Wash Refill £1.49. Not sure if these are Green Tea & Ginger or Tea Tree fragrance. About £3.05 normally.

    Dettol Anti Bacterial Cleansing Surface Wipes (80) are £1.99 though cheaper in Waitrose as they are currently selling 3 for 2 or £3.60 until 10/04/2012.

    Vimto Original Cordial (1L) 95p. £1.77 at ASDA.

    Lindt Lindor Filled Egg (28g) - 29p. These are also on offer at Tesco at the moment 3 for £1 (33p each).

    Magicorn Eazy Pop Butter Microwave Popcorn 100g - 29p each or 4 for a £1. These are available in Sweet, Salt and Butter. They are also between 46p and 59p in the supermarkets.

    All of the above were in the London Road (L'pool) store today plus the small filled Lindor eggs at 29p each or a pack of 5 for £1.29, also packs of 5 small white chocolate bunnies were also £1.29

    Had loads of the Lindt Eadter choc stuff in Prenton too, various prices and also noticed there was some White chocolate (think these were the 10p ones) and some dark chocolate bunnies too.
