2 weeks after delivery of my faulty item im still sitting here with it.. waited in a whole day as courrier was supposed to be collecting but no one showed up.. contact us form is a VERY slow and tedious process.
no telephone number on the site, cant find any decent email addresses to send a complaint to.. replacement wont be sent till faulty one picked up... (thought easiest way would have been send replacement pick up damaged on at same time, every one happy then but that seems to easy )..

whilst the shop seems to have some great bargains customer service when things go wrong seem terrible

I got a faulty item too and contacted them through the web system they have and they sent me a brand-new one! However, the courier wouldn't pick up the old one without 'authorisation' and despite several requests and promised pickups, there was nothing... It was only when I finally told them (a month after...) that I am going to chuck the faulty item did their courier finally pick up BUT I have to say I am overall very happy with the bargains from HM online! :)

I was looking for one of those earlier i didnt think to check home bargains and at that price i think i may buy two of the cake tins :D x

In Home Bargains I bought boxes (six pack) of Mini Oreos. On the boxes there was a voucher for 40p off next purchase so I bought some more!!!!
59p was cheap any way at 10p a pack, I think they are normally over a pound.
    Even better for 19P !!
Bought enough for the whole Halloween weekend!!!!
