I'm waiting eagerly for the sevilles to come into the shops. I made marmalade for the first time last year and it was lovely. I've just finished my last jar too!

I bought Seville oranges at my local farmshop yesterday. Guess what I'm doing tomorrow:D

None here yet today- but my eyes are peeled now! I love the way the smell of marmalade pervades the entire house...and also the way the preserving pan looks brand spanking new afterwards!

Oranges all shredded (using the shredding disc on the food processor) and simmering away as I write -smells gorgeous;)
