I found the website while trying to find the details of parking enforcement centre. Has anyone ever had anything to do with them? If its true what they are saying they could help me as I have bailiffs already. Or is it a scam? Any comments would be appreciated.
Thanks

Not at all likely to be bailiffs, probably debt collectors pretending to be them. Lets have more details, keep it in the third party please. The driver was parked etc etc.
I'd rather be an Optimist and be proved wrong than a Pessimist and be proved right.

Is THIS who you mean by "Fairparking Company"?
Looking at their website it seems to be a series of rants about decriminalised parking and bailiffs, and offers to "protect" you if you send them money. Personally I would say scam. Tell us exactly what your problem is and you will get good advice for free!
Start with who the "bailiffs" are and whether the original ticket was issued by a council or a private company.

If it is the same company (would seem to be) then they are legit but I'm surprised they are still in action. Their basic idea was a good one I believe but for obvious reasons you could see that it was going to be slow to take off.

This old Pepipoo thread gives a good grounding.
My very sincere apologies for those hoping to request off-board assistance but I am now so inundated with requests that in order to do justice to those "already in the system" I am no longer accepting PM's and am unlikely to do so for the foreseeable future (August 2016). :(

For those seeking more detailed advice and guidance regarding small claims cases arising from private parking issues I recommend that you visit the Private Parking forum on PePiPoo.com

So it looks like they are offering a contact address for the RK rather then the RK using their own. I cant see it being much use if the bailiffs already have your address.

OP if you have bailiffs already enforcing a warrant from the TEC your best bet would be! http://www.bailiffadviceonline.co.uk/
