I would rather poke my own eyes out with a spoon than use Homeserve for any reason... They are the last cowboys I'd use !!ORIGINAL MORTGAGE AMOUNT £106,454.00 (Started Sept 2007)

BofE +0.19% Tracker Repayment Offset Mortgage Discounted Sept 07-10 then increased to BofE +0.62% until 20270 -
I took out Home Emergency through my Barclays insurance, last night I had a serious lelak from my toilet ciistern, I called barclays who transfered me to Homeserve, They promised someone last night, I then got a call to say it would be today between 8am and 12 noon, at 11.30am my partner received a call saying it would have to be tonight between 5pm and 10pm, Ive just reveived a call telling me that it will now have to be tomorrow, I asked for an explanation of Homeserves definition of Emergency cover, they couldnt give it to me,, I will NEVER take out Home Emergency cover with any company that uses Homeserve,, customer services really dont care!!!0
