Hi all, i recieved a ticket on 19/05/11,
I had ignored it, and not her anything until 26/07/11, 1st letter demanding £80. Im in two minds now, whether to carry on ignoring, or to pay it? I have spoken to them via phone, and they have told me they cannot reduce paymet, all they can do is split the charges over two months.
Please help!
Thanks.

How did you ignore them, and speak to them? Everyone here is going to tell you to carry on ignoring them. Make no contact at all!

Why would you want to change your mind? Just keep ignoring these clowns. you don't owe them a penny and please stop contacting them. It does no good.
What part of "A whop bop-a-lu a whop bam boo" don't you understand?
  • Well i panicked lol. Just dont want them sending me to court, but on the brighter side, im moving house soon..so when i change my address they will have to go back to DVLA and request it again, hopefully this will be too much hassell. Thanks guys :)

Of course you won't go to court. Please stop taking these charlatans seriously. By doing that you are falling into their trap.

They are a proper company yes, only with a dodgy business plan!! In your favour they are big enough to give up and move on to someone else. There not as persistent as some!
