Company registered to my new flat

When moving I noticed an awful lot of business mail addressed my flat including invoices and delivery reports (the main company is an IT company that delivers equipment). The billing address is always my flat. I have no relationship to the company and have never heard of them.
This has me very concerned epseically in terms of credit reports etc.
I have been on the Companies House website and discovered there at least one company registered at my flat.
Has anyone any ideas what I should do about this? Thanks.

Is this the previous owner's business?
Have they had much chance to change the address yet? When did completion take place?I am a mortgage broker. Sorry, should have said I've already done that. I'm interested whether anyone else has had a similar experience. I'm tempted to contact the company direct (I have their phone number) but not sure whether I should get involved...0

No, nothing to do with the previous owner as far as I can tell. Completition was last week. It may have been the previous tennants but they moved out almost 2 months ago.
There also appears to be a car repair centre using my address too (it's a flat in London so no chance for any car repairs!) but this may not be registered at company's house.0 -
Ring the main company and ask them to change the billing address. If you've have not made a mistake, you've made nothing0

If the company(s) don't respond promptly to your requests by sorting the mailing out then simply write "Not known at this address" on ALL the envelopes & stick them back in the post.
Call me cynical but any legitimate, honestly run, organised company would have sorted this little matter out ages ago - so, I suspect there is some or all of illegitimacy, dishonesty or dis-organisation going on,
In the (hopefully) unlikely event that any debt-chasers or bailiffs turn up then tell 'em to p**s off: If they decline to depart tell them you are calling the Police and - yes, (!) call the Police
Cheers!
