Help Cant get Photos off LGU8120

My friend has an LGU8120 mobile and cant seem to get his photos off onto the PC. Can anyone help on how best it is to do this ?

    Did he get software with his phone and has he installed it? Is he using a data cable or blue tooth dongle?

    yes he got a cd with it and has installed it and has a cable that goes between the mobi and the usb port on his PC

    I couldnt see the phone listed on the My Computer in 'removable Storage' section. Where I was hoping to be able to move the pictures from like I can do with my Sony Erricson mobi.

    We tried to sync them but the tables that were showing didnt have anything in them !

    I think its the blind leading the blind here..lol

    If I were you, I'd uninstall all the LG software, download the latest from here.
    Then, before you plug the phone into the PC, install the software and drivers.
    Then fire up the LG software, then plug in your phone.
