Sept Family Getaway Recommendations?

I have spent days searching for a holiday and still undecided so though I'd ask in here if anyone had any recommendations.
We are a family of three, 2 adults 1 toddler just under 3. Looking to go away in September from any north west airport. We were thinking along the lines of Egypt/ Tenerife/ Lanzarote anywhere sunny! We would prefer all inclusive but we have a small budget really ideally don't want to spend more than £1800. Idealy we would like a resort that has a decent childs area in the pool to keep the little one occupied, even if it just has one slide and a water fountian of some kind would probably be cool!
Any ideas/recommendations please?
