If parents are together anyway should it not just be one claim from CSA with both their wages taken into account.

I'm just assuming they aren't together anymore since there were two seperate cases open.

I certainly don't believe he could just pop into the registar's office and change the BC when it suited him.

They would have to re register the birth and the mother would be asked to fill in the form that goes along with the re registering.
