Groupon should stick to their own promise (or shamed into doing so by being publicly outed):Nothing is more important to us than treating our customers well. If you ever feel like Groupon let you down, give us a call and we will return your purchase – simple as that.
Don't forget it doesn't cost groupon if they refund you!0
