lol fraud, i think you need to educate yourself on the definition of fraud, in fact if i did not realise what has happened and wonga took the 203 i would be the one being defrauded.
no i not contacted them about this matter as ive only found out today as one of my bills has contacted to tell me the payment bounced, so ive checked my online banking while here at work and discovered wonga has deposited the wrong amount. cheers for the bank charges wonga.0 -
Did you clear all your old loans with Wonga?
Have you left an old remnant unpaid of an old loan which they have taken first?
It's no good getting narky with people, we don't have the full picture, only you do but you aren't posting it.0 -
You are going to have to repay.
I would contact them and ask for an explanation of the account and deposit. And ask them to recalc the repayments based on the amount you actually received which will slightly lower your repayment - and you may also get the £10 compensation they offer on their website for such problems.
Mistakes can happen with any firm but you still will need to repay.A smile enriches those who receive without making poorer those who giveor "It costs nowt to be nice"0 -

no all previous transactions had been repayed and settled before the agreed date on most occasions. And i dont mean to get narky but people shouldnt pass judgement if they dont have all the details or dnt have a clue what they are talking about like some people in this thread.
I will contact them but i will be contacting citizens advice first.0 -
yes i am hoping to not pay, and no the 117 is not the 150 less charges for set up, as i said before on previous transactions i have allways recieved the full amount agreed, please read the posts before posting.
I think you might find our posts almost crossed, I was probably still typing as you were posting your last message dude.

I must admit that I'm baffled too, why on earth would you want to call CAB first?
I would be straight onto the shysters how lent you the money and then stole some of it back."We want the finest wines available to humanity, we want them here, and we want them now!"0 -
