Flower Delivery!!!

My Daughter ordered flowers for delivery to my home on my Birthday from John Lewis.
The flowers were delivered to the wrong address and the box thrown over a high fence!
As a result the flower basket was broken and the flowers tipped out.
I rang the Delivery Company who promised to investigate but did not so I called John Lewis.
Not only did they replace the flowers but also credited the cost of the item back to my Daughter's Account.
What Service!!!!!!!!!
