    So, now after more research I've got another headache.

    If you're not overly bothered about mega sound quality (although it's still good) consider the Logitech Z-5500

    Has some unreal bass to it and 5.1 surround setup

    Supports optical, coax and 6 channel direct. Has Dolby THX, DTS (96/25) and Dolby Digital. I'm contemplating buying another and hooking it up to my PS3/TV for some real bass to my games :)
