£100 a month!!! Batch cooking?

Hi
We are having to cut our grocery budget down to £100 for myself, OH and 1year old DD.
I think I am going to batch cook as hopefully this should be cheaper and will be easy to pop in the oven after work...
I getting stuck for ideas tho. I can only think of:
Bolognese
Chilli
Lasagne
Shepherds Pie
Curry
There seems to be a lot of mince in there!
Any ideas for a bit of variety????
TIA
Fiz

Do you have a slow cooker? You can do almost everything in there and it would be ready for you walking in the door.
Other cheapies
Baked Potatoes
Omlette
Home made soup with garlic bread
My fav is pasta boiled, with a youngs fish in sauce portion and broccoli mixed together0 -

Yes i do have a slow cooker. Think it might be getting used a lot more!
I like the pasta idea :T0 -
Sausage casserole is good
Spicy bean casserole for a veg alternative
I agree on the slow cooker- I have cooked a whole chicken in one- just covered in water a stock cube , half an onion etc. It does several meals-after we've had the breast portions for one meal and the chicken legs for another, i strip the remaining meat which is normall enough to make a pasta bake and then finally use the stock from the slow cooker to make a yummy soup which can be frozen if you're sick of chicken by then.
Also- add extra veg / beans to your batches to boost volume. Whatever is cheap works- for example you can add extra value kidney beans- tesco value are only 19p a tin, chopped carrot also mixes in well with mince dishes.
I have batch cooked and frozen pasta bakes also- I make a basic tomatoe sauce and then add whatever I've found on offer- mattersons sausages and mushrooms are good. Once i've portioned it up it goes a lot further than when we eat it fresh and then have seconds...0 -

Lots of ideas there - I especially like the chicken and onion pie from the Option 1 meal planner

Saw that you have a slow cooker, i do all my joints in my slow cooker so buy tough cheap brisket joint and it falls apart after being cooked in there.
Sausage/chicken casseroles. Macaroni cheese, cauli/broc cheese bake. Pork meatballs in tom base sauce, fish pies, beef bourgignon, chicken coq au vin, chicken supreme, chicken chasseur, stews, pork/beef/lamb burgers, corned beef hash.
