This 7-night prize is worth £5,000 and includes luxurious accommodation for two in a deluxe room, flights from London, gourmet meals and 24-hour snacks, premium-brand drinks, all land and watersports, tips and resort airport transfers, in addition to all the added extras that come as a part of the Luxury Included® experience.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
1. The closing date is midnight on 31st October 2011 and the winner will be randomly selected from the valid entries received before the closing date.
2. The winner’s name will be available from 14th November by contacting Private Lives Competition, Headline Marketing Dept, 338 Euston Rd, London, NW1 3BH.
3. Headline Publishing does not accept responsibility for entries not received.
4. All entries must be made using the online form and incomplete entries will be disregarded.
5. No purchase is necessary to enter the draw.
6. The prize is one 7 night holiday including flights is provided for two adults to any Sandals resort in Jamaica (excludes Sandals Royal Plantation). Accommodation is on a Luxury Included® (all-inclusive) basis in a deluxe room.
7. Flights are economy class and are subject to availability. The winner/client is liable to pay all Government and airport taxes. The approximate price is £200 per person.
Resort transfers are included, but domestic transfers, including any flights to London, are not included.
8. There is no cash alternative to the prize and spending money is not included.
9. Holiday insurance is not included and must be purchased before travel.
10. The prize is subject to availability, cannot be taken during peak seasons (Easter, July, August, December and New Year) and cannot be confirmed until 90 days prior to departure.
11. Once dates are confirmed there will be an administration fee for any changes made to the reservation. This fee varies in accordance with the airlines.
12. The prize is strictly non transferable, non refundable, and is subject to Sandals Resorts’ normal terms and conditions.
13. The prize must be taken before 31 June 2012.
14. Sandals’ resorts are for couples and each room has a double bed only.
15. Sandals Resorts reserve the right to relocate prize winners from the stated resort to an alternative Sandals resort if rooms become unavailable for the travel dates requested.
16. By entering this competition you consent to your details being shared with our parent company located outside the European Economic Area.
17. The competition is not open to employees and their immediate families of promoter Unique Vacations (UK) Ltd and their associated agencies or Headline Publishing Group and associated companies or anyone connected with the promotion.
18. Prize winners must be over 18. One entry per household.
19. The competition is open to UK & ROI residents
20. The judges’ decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
